General Return Policy (Cloud King – Medicine Hat)

• Returns are typically allowed only on unopened products

• Must be returned within a limited timeframe (usually a few days) 

• Refund or exchange may be offered depending on the situation

🚫 Common Restrictions (very important)

For vape shops (including Cloud King), these are almost always enforced:

• ❌ No returns on opened e-juice, disposables, or pods (health & safety)

• ❌ No returns on used devices

• ⚠️ Defective devices → usually exchange only, not refund

🔧 What they usually WILL do

• Replace a defective device if reported quickly (same day or within a few hours)

• Help troubleshoot issues in-store (coils, pods, user error, etc.)

• Sometimes offer store credit depending on the situation
